KayDee Tek’s products are guaranteed to meet or exceed original equipment specifications. If you are dis-satisfied with a product you receive from us, please contact KayDee Tek. A Return Materials Authorization number must be obtained before any product can be returned to us. The RMA number allows us to properly identify returned goods, and to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. KayDee Tek is not responsible or liable for goods returned without authorization. Returns or exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after purchase. Please contact a KayDee Tek representative for more information.

Payment Terms and Conditions

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and American Express for orders online. If you would like to make other payment arrangements, please contact KayDee Tek direct. All customers are responsible for any wire fees prior to shipping. Charges for shipping and insurance are prepaid and added to your invoice. All products sold on our online store are shipped from San Marcus, CA USA. Most in stock items can usually be shipped within 24 hours. All orders placed on the web are shipped via FedEx. If you require alternate shipping services, please call KayDee Tek at 760-746-8889 to place your order. Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST are usually shipped the same day if in stock. If an item is not available to ship within 48 hours, you will be notified via email. Once a due date is available you will receive an email with the available date. The shipping rates can vary since items are weight-based for calculation. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next whole pound.
