Description
This P9S Sample Pump Kit are the pump replacement seals for the Akta Avant or Pure 65ml and 100 ml sample pumps. This type of maintenance should be performed once a year or more based on the usage of the FPLC system or replaced as needed. This kit is needed to do a basic sample pump rebuild. The P9S Sample Pump Kit contains seals (2), diaphragms (2), and purge O-rings (2). This is similar to the OEM number 28-9602-50. Our part number is KDT-2896-0250-N. They are used in Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography systems manufactured by Amersham Pharmacia, GE, or Cytiva.
Application of Pump
The P9S and P9H sample pumps use the P9S Sample Pump Kit to service the pumps. The P9S and the P9H sample pumps are designed for automatic sample loading during Akta Pure purification runs. The Akta Pure and included modules are intended for research use, and should not be used in clinical procedures, or for diagnostic purposes.
Configurations of Pumps
The Akta Pure is available in two module configurations. P9S has flow rates up to 50 ml/min. P9H has flow rates up to 150 ml/min. Sample pump S9 is used with Akta Pure 25 and Sample pump S9H with Akta Pure 150. P9S Sample Pump Kit is a new product by Kaydee Tek.
