P9S Sample Pump Capillaries

Description

This new P9S Sample Pump Capillaries kit is KDT-2895-0755-N is the outlet line assembly used on Akta P9S sample pumps. The systems that use this capillary are the Avant and Pure FPLC units with a sample pump. Only one of the P9S Sample Pump Capillaries kits are needed for the pump assembly. They are available as a preformed and shaped PEEK tubing that is installed between the pump head and the pressure sensor. This P9S Sample Pump Capillaries assembly kit KDT-2895-0755-N contains: (4) Finger tight fittings, and the shaped PEEK tubing for the pump heads.  Our part number is KDT-2895-0755-N and is the replacement to the OEM pump tubing. This is a new outlet line assembly for the FPLC series Aktas.

Additional Replacement Parts:

The replacement Titanium filter assembly is also available separately as part number KDT-1100-0407. This replacement inlet line assembly is part number KDT-1811-1222-N for the 2-meter option and the buffer inlet assembly KDT-1811-1233-N is the 3-meter option. These lines can be used on all Akta Avant and Pure P9S sample pumps. The tapered inlet side of this sinker is designed to accept all sizes of the solvent lines typically used with Akta FPLC systems. The sinkers are replaced as needed.

Maintenance:

These capillary lines should be replaced as needed. One of the signs that the line is bad will cause pump sync errors when turning on the system. The GE / Cytiva Akta systems use several different solvent lines. KayDee Tek has many of the common buffer and solvent lines used in the various Akta FPLC systems. This tubing should be replaced whenever they are found to be leaking or clogged.
