The Oligopilot 100ml Kit PTFE KDT-1911-19100-N is a basic maintenance kit for the Akta Oligo Pilot 100 ml systems. This type of maintenance should be performed once a year or more based on the usage of the Oligo Pilot synthesis system. These parts are used to rebuild the P-900 main solvent pump. Replace the air filter in the UV-900 detector and replace the PEEK purge valve O-rings. This Perfluorinated rubber O-ring is used to seal the valve to prevent air and liquid mobile reagent leaks. They are used in systems for synthesis of DNA and RNA oligonucleotides manufactured by Amersham Pharmacia, GE, or Cytiva.
