The 100ml piston KDT-1811-3312-N kit contains (1) Piston, (1) Spring (1) PTFE pump seal, (1) seal wash diaphragm. This part is to be replaced as needed. They are used in Akta Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography systems manufactured by Amersham Pharmacia, GE, or Cytiva.
